Vintage Koegel Meats American Red Hots Anchor Hocking Jar with Label, Lid (c.1930s)
Koegel's Quality American Red Hots... Collectible glass storage jar.
This large Anchor Hocking ribbed glass jar used to hold pickled Red Hot frankfurters - a classic from Koegel Meats.
Koegel Meats started in 1916 by Albert Koegel in Michigan, and they started producing meat products in the 1930s. The company is still in business today!
Add this jar to your collection - it would look perfect on a shelf in a kitchen, perhaps filled with Red Hot candies! This large jar would also be great in a craft room or studio to hold craft supplies - a nice touch of early Americana.
So many possibilities for this jar
